During maritime depressions, cyclones, or when Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) hoists Cautionary Signal No. 3 or higher, the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) and the Bangladesh Coast Guard mandate immediate suspension of all passenger vessels.
Saint Martin Tour bears no financial or legal liability for stranded travelers, missed flights, hotel cancellations, or emergency stays resulting from official vessel cancellations.
2. Fares & Tariff Fluctuations
All price ranges quoted on this site (including hotel room rates, restaurant BBQ charges, and van rentals) are approximate reference points gathered from seasonal field surveys. Proprietors retain the right to modify room prices or meal rates dynamically during peak winter holidays (e.g. late December and Eid/Puja breaks).
